They perform different jobs. Patchstack specialises in WordPress plugin and theme vulnerabilities and offers virtual patching for supported known vulnerabilities. Monarx provides broader hosting security, including malware detection, runtime protection, SmartWAF and active remediation. Together they provide independent layers.
Does this mean my website cannot be hacked?
No. No hosting provider or security product can guarantee that a website will never be compromised. The service aims to strengthen your website through proactive updates, vulnerability protection, malware protection, backups and professional management.
How often are my plugins updated?
We schedule automatic plugin updates weekly through our WordPress management platform.
What happens if a plugin has a serious vulnerability before the next update?
